Kemetic Yoga (CKYT200)

An ancient Egyptian system of Yoga enlightenment based upon the practices of physical movements combined with controlled deep breathing and meditation. It is a healing and regenerative Yoga system that is characterized by a series of geometrically progressive postures that creates alignment of the spinal column and corrects defects in the skeletal muscular system in order to relieve stress, increase blood circulation, nutrient and oxygen supply to vital body systems, and to allow internal life force energy and cerebral spinal fluid to flow more efficiently and abundantly throughout the entire body. 90 minutes

Afrobeat Cardio

Sweat to a combination of modern and traditional West African music that are energetic and fill your heart with positive vibes through undulating hip/chest movements, powerful high energy steps, and strong leg/arm movements. Come learn new choreography to Afrobeat/Afropop hits!  75 minutes.

Soul Line Dance

African-American social dance style that is choreographed to R&B and Soul music (usually in counts of 4 or 8). It’s a cultural connection for black folks danced at weddings and other family/community celebrations. 75 minutes.

Hip Hop Heels

Learn new choreography to AfroHouse, Hip-Hop, and R&B music. (Heel nots required; 2-3 inches recommended) 75 minutes.

Dancehall Cardio

Full body workout utilizing cardio techniques and West Indi choreography to all genres of reggae, dance hall and hip hop. Classes accommodate all dance levels. 75 minutes.

Dancehall Choreo

Deeper dive into West Indie choreography and technique, through the whole catalogue of Caribbean music and rhythms. Exploring the attributes of attitude and free-styling in the world of Dance Hall. Learn challenging choreography and make it ya own to West Indie chunes and vybz. 75 minutes.

Fusion Choreo

Fast paced, non traditional approach to classical Modern dancing. Brings latin styles and paces together with hip hop precision and the flow and emotion of modern. Very technical class with wide variations of counts and steps. 75 minutes.

Stepping

Stepping will allow you to explore some key concepts of step. It will involve and require high energy, lots of clapping, jumping and slapping so wearing pants is highly recommended. Come join Tina into exploration and expression through rhythmic beats using the body and soul. 75 minutes.

FREE Ages 5 and under
$10 per class ($5 with student ID)
$7 per class for elders 65 and over

$30/hour for private sessions $50/hour for bridal/birthday/other private events
